The University of Antananarivo participated in the celebration of the Week of Education to Media and Information (SEMI), under the direction of communication, Marketing and Public Relations and the Mention COMMO (Communication, Mediation, Media and Organization) of the Faculty of Humanities. This event was organized by the Ministry of Communication and Culture at Kianja Barea Mahamasina from 03 to 05 November 2022.
This exhibition aimed to optimize the visibility of information dissemination platforms such as the media and various institutions in the field of information and communication. One of the major themes addressed during this SEMI is the fight against disinformation. Several panellists operating in the communication sector took part. The goal was to collect the opinions of these professionals on effective solutions to lead this fight.
It was also an opportunity for visitors, especially students, to find internships and job offers in these fields. The official presentation of the Toro Asa website developed by the Ministry of Communication and Culture (MCC) also took place during this event.
